Junior Achievement is a program whose core purpose is to educate students about WORK READINESS, ENTREPRENEURSHIP and FINANCIAL LITERACY.
The program was founded in 1919. They are bringing the program to the valley and are building a new facility in Terrace Heights in 2010, where land was donated by the Temple family near the new University. They would like our group to eventually sponsor one of their classrooms (with volunteers). More to come!
Next meeting will be at Howard Johnson and the program will be new member classification talks.
