PROGRAM
THERESA VITELLO introduced her friend, and day’s program, Kim Foley. Kim is the Victim Advocacy Program Manager at Central Washington Comprehensive Mental Health and has worked there for the past 12 years. Men from law enforcement, fire department, and the community will gather in Millennium Plaza for a walk to the county prosecutor’s office, all taking place in women’s shoes.
